A Great Combination

Padgett Gaozhi has its beginning from the coming together of two great companies who met as each was expanding its operations abroad.  We have formed two companies, Padgett Gaozhi, LLC based in USA and Shanghai Gaozhi Padgett Investment & Consulting Company, LTD based in China.

Our Roots

Padgett & Padgett, PLLC, an American certified public accounting firm located in the greater Seattle area, opened a representative office in Shanghai, China in 2004.  As any company expanding into China will learn, its network in China is very important.  Padgett was successful in obtaining the required government approvals and licensing through the valuable influence and assistance of Gaozhi.

Shanghai Gaozhi Science & Technology Development Ltd. is one of the Top 100 companies in China.  Gaozhi was founded in 1992 and is a leading provider of Satellite Communications services.
