OUR TEAM

Our founders include two American accountants and a leading businessman and politician in China.  We work on various projects including those developed and brought to market internally.  In addition, we have opened Classico Café, located on the campus of our headquarters, where we often meet.

Ray Padgett, CEO

Ray has over 35 years of experience in accounting and financial management.  His academic education includes a BA in Business Administration and Bachelor of Accounting from Washington State University in Pullman, Washington USA and a Masters in Business Administration from Auburn University at Montgomery, Alabama, USA.  Ray is the Chairman of our Shanghai office. He holds CPA licenses in Washington and Alaska.

Steve Padgett, Vice President

Steve has a Bachelors in Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington USA.  Steve has over 15 years of experience working with small and medium size businesses.  Steve is the Chief Representative of our Shanghai office and travels to China 3-4 times per year to work with our Chinese professionals, clients, and partners.  Steve is able to speak basic conversational Mandarin Chinese and is continuing his studies to become fluent.
